Monthly Skills Sessions for Grades 9th - 12th

We intentionally limit groups to 12 players to maximize development. Registration will close once all spots are filled.

Our High School Small Group Training is designed for serious athletes who are ready to elevate their game with purposeful training. These structured, high-intensity sessions focus on advanced skill development, game application, and competitive decision making in a small group environment.

Athletes will be challenged through detailed skill progressions, live-game reads, and competitive segments that translate directly to in-game performance. With limited group sizes, each player will receive individualized coaching, accountability, and consistent feedback.

Area’s of Focus:

  • Advanced Ball Handling

    • Change of pace and change of direction

    • Handling pressure

    • Creating separation off the dribble

  • Game-Application Finishing

    • Finishing through contact

    • Off-foot and wrong-hand finishes (crafty footwork around the rim)!

    • Major emphasis on finishing off two-feet (pivots)

    • How to beat shot blockers and finish over taller defenders/help defenders

  • Game-Like Shooting

    • Shooting off the catch, off the dribble, and on the move

    • Shooting out of college and pro actions (pin downs, ball screens, relocations, DHOs, etc).

    • Shot preparation and footwork discipline

  • Decision Making & Improved Basketball IQ

    • Reading on-ball and help defenders

    • Advantage/disadvantage situations

    • Making the correct play out of live reps

  • Competitive Play

    • Small-sided games (1v1, 2v2, 3v3, etc).

    • Constraint-based scoring

    • Situational basketball that translates to the real game

  • Functional Game Strength

    • Balance and body control

    • Core stability in finishing and shooting

    • Playing through physicality

  • Conditioning and Skill Development - blending skill work with game-speed conditioning to build endurance and efficiency
