What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover via Stripe, as well as Apple Pay.

Do you offer package pricing?

Yes - After your first “assessment” session with Clockwork, we require athletes to pay for a minimum of 4 sessions in advance. Packages of 6-8 workouts are available.

Will you travel to my gym?

Yes - we travel depending on location. Additional travel fee will apply.

How many players do you accept for your open group workouts?

To ensure every athlete receives quality instruction and meaningful feedback, we intentionally keep our group workouts small. Group sessions are capped at 12 players max, and often include fewer athletes depending on the session. This structure allows our coaches to provide individual attention, make real-time corrections, and maintain a high training standard for every player on the court.

How long are sessions?

Each session will be one hour.

Why should we train with Clockwork?

Our training is built around intentional player development, not just drills. We focus on teaching game skills that directly translate to real competition while emphasizing fundamentals, decision-making, and confidence. Every session is designed to challenge players at their level, help them build strong habits, and create long-term improvement on and off the court.

Can I pay for one session at a time?

Effective May 2024, all athletes must schedule/pay for a minimum of four sessions at a time, unless it is their first session with Clockwork Athletics.

How do you manage the scheduling?

All workouts must be scheduled through our self scheduling software.

Does Coach Pugh run every session?

Due to high demand, Coach Pugh does not run every session, unless specified. We have dedicated much time and effort to creating a top notch staff that all players will benefit from on and off of the court.

Do sessions have an expiration date?

Yes - all purchased sessions must be used within 3 months of their purchase date.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation notices that are given less than 24 hours ahead of the start session time will be responsible for the full session cost, therefore, will not be credited or rescheduled (session will be lost). If notified of cancellation greater than 24 hours, or if Client modifies booking greater than 24 hours, Client can reschedule their workout for a different day/time. All sessions must be scheduled/used within 90 days of purchase date. Refunds will not be issued for any sessions once purchased.

There is a hard no refund policy on all camps and clinics unless notified of cancellation within 30 days prior to the camp/clinic start date.
