Assisted (with Coach):

The player will be put through a detailed shooting workout created by Clockwork Athletics.

Unassisted (Rental):

The player(s) will have full access to the Dr. Dish CT, and will put themselves through a shooting workout. Instructions on how to use the machine will be provided. This option gives players the freedom to structure their own workout.
