





"Solo Hooper" Workout
The “Solo Hooper” Workout is curated for players who want to work on their game but struggle to properly structure a workout or don’t have a rebounder/passer. As a young player, I received a lot of workouts but majority of them required me to have another person with me to rebound or pass me the ball. With my own playing experience in mind, I wanted to design a workout where players didn’t need anyone else. All you need is a ball and a hoop. Plus “Solo Hooper” can be done in a gym or in your driveway. This empowers players to remove excuses and have the ability to get better on their own with guided, organized and detailed structure!
